For collectors, we understand that the condition of product packaging can be important.

Where we are aware of significant packaging damage before sale, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose this in the product listing.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

Once an order has been accepted, a later change in the listed price will not affect that order.

6. Limited-Quantity Products

Many of our collectibles are available in very limited quantities and may not be restocked after selling out.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that item. Stock is generally secured once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.

We are not responsible for additional charges imposed independently by your bank, card provider or payment service.

Our store may offer independently created artist or fan-made merchandise alongside officially licensed products.

Fan-made products will be identified where appropriate and should not be interpreted as official merchandise or as being endorsed by the original intellectual property owner unless expressly stated.

Creators retain their respective rights in their original artwork and designs.

The underlying characters, names, trademarks and intellectual property associated with third-party franchises remain the property of their respective rights holders.
